Craft Brewers

A perfectly balanced beer starts with perfectly balanced water.

Our user-friendly kits make it easy!

As a brewer, you can’t afford to be wrong about your water quality.

Understanding what’s in your water means that you can make the best possible decisions for your company. We’ll test for a variety of compounds and factors that can affect the taste and quality of your finished product.

How do I sample my water?

  1. Use a clean plastic container for submitting your sample. Bottles can be obtained from the laboratory or you can use the bottle included in your test kit.
  2. Let water run for five minutes.
  3. Rinse the container several times with water that is being sampled and then fill the sample bottle. Send at least one-half pint of water to be tested.
  4. If it is not possible to send the sample to the lab immediately after collection, refrigerate until it is.

Do you test brewed beer, as well? Or do you only test water?

Yes! We often test brewed beer products for mineral content, to ensure that the correct flavor profile will exhibit.
