Dr. Raymond C. Ward Ph.D.
Dr. Ward (Ray) founded Ward Laboratories in 1983. Ray received B.S. and M.S.  Soil Science degrees from University of Nebraska - Lincoln in 1959 and 1961 and a Plant Science Ph.D degree from South Dakota State University in 1972.

 Josh Skrdla - CFO
Josh joined Ward Laboratories in 2002. He is a graduate from the University of Nebraska - Kearney with a comprehensive B.S. degree in Chemistry.

Mike Smith – Information Technology Manager
Mike Joined Ward Laboratories in 1999. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska - Kearney with B.S. degrees in Computer Science and Geography.

Al Baker – Marketing Manager
Al joined Ward Laboratories in 2008. He is a graduate of University of Nebraska - Kearney with a B.A. degree in Industrial Technology.

Duane Osmanski – Operations Manager
Duane joined Ward Laboratories in 1996. He graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. degree in Microbiology.

Jeremy Dalland - Lab Supervisor
Jeremy joined Ward Laboratories in 2002. He is a graduate of University of Nebraska - Lincoln College of Arts and Sciences with a B.S. degree in Biology.

 Scott Hinrichs - Human Resources
Scott joined Ward Laboratories in 2011. Scott graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2005 with a Business Administration Degree and from the University of Nebraska with his MBA degree in 2007.
